Negativity is proven to be unhealthy. We all have stressors in our lives: work, school, certain people, bills to pay, you name it and we’ve all got at least a few of them. That stress often leads to negativity.
It’s difficult to deal with having a lot of negative energy in our lives, and quite frankly we don’t need anything else to deal with, so let’s work together on making our lives more positive as a whole.
