Skinny Teatox is a two step-program which includes a daytime loose leaf tea, and an evening cleanse and detoxify tea.
How Does Skinny Teatox Work?
Skinny Teatox is a two step-program. All three of our teatox kits (the 7 day, 14 day, and 28 day) come with two different types of all-natural tea.
The morning & afternoon tea is meant to be drank during the day. It's a stimulant and gives you a stead and constant supply of energy throughout. It's also increases metabolism and aids with appetite suppression.
The evening tea cleanses and detoxifies your body. It's a colon cleanse that flushes out your digestive tract of toxins and unwanted excess which could be making it more difficult for you to lose weight.

The loose leaf tea (daytime) is delicious. It’s just like the tea you would buy at a cafe down the street. The night time cleansing tea isn’t as delicious, as it’s what is doing all the work. There are some flavours you may not be used to, but it’s far from awful. The taste is more like a white tea than some of the fruity teas you may be used to drinking. We suggest adding a bit of natural sweetener (honey, maple syrup, lemon) to make it taste better.How do I eat and exercise during the teatox?
Always stay active and eat healthy. Although the tea will suppress your appetite and you may find yourself less hungry, it’s important to continue eating your fruits and vegetables. Eating healthy during your teatox will help maximize the effects.Are there any side effects?
The cleansing and appetite suppressant part of the teatox contains a natural laxative which contains all the possible side-effects of any laxative. This includes cramps and increased frequency of visiting the bathroom. Side effects should NOT include diarrhea, headaches, vomiting, dizziness or severe cramping - if any of those occur you must reduce the strength of the colon cleanse tea bags (soak the water w/ tea for only a few seconds), or stop using the tea and consult a doctor.Does a teatox affect my contraceptive (birth control) pill?
Yes, the teatox can potentially reduce the effectiveness of birth control if you take your pill within 4-5 hours of the laxative effect.Where do you ship to?
