One of the main ingredients in Skinny Teatox's evening detox and cleansing tea is called Senna. This is the herb that produces the mild laxative effect. The Senna is an ancient plant that has been around for thousands of years and is often used in detox products.
The Senna has lots of parts to it, including herbs, shrubs, flowers, even a large fruit.

Is your tea organic, gmo free? Is it sweetened, if so with what? Do you have a full Ingredient list?
Thanks
NMP
Again like the other reviews I would like to know what is in your tee, I paid for a course and this has left me bloated and unable to go to the toilet!!! There is obviously something in the tea that does the reverse affects on me and I would like to know what this is, if I could find the list of ingredients then I could try and work this out!!
this is a paragraph from shape magazine’s article about teatox’s
“According to the National Institutes of Health, there’s insufficient evidence that senna promotes weight loss. But it does irritate the stomach lining to produce a laxative effect and can contribute to stomach discomfort, cramps, and diarrhea. Using it for more than two weeks (as you would following most teatox plans) is discouraged since it can cause abnormal bowel function or changes in electrolyte levels that can lead to heart problems, muscle weakness, liver damage, and other harmful effects. Since our bodies naturally cleanse and purify themselves by processing and eliminating them through sweat, urine, and feces, using laxatives like senna if there’s no real medical need seems like a waste (forgive the pun). "
I just got my tea in the mail yesterday and I am very excited to try this product, BUT- I am highly allergic to peanuts and read that the leaves mixture may contains nuts- not may have come in contact… I really want to try this product, but I really need to know if it’s safe for me to try. I ordered the 28-day Skinny Teatox Tea, and the description on the back
of the 14- day Evening Teas says, “This product may contain gluten and /or traces of nuts.” Is is true?
I am interested, but I won’t buy a product that isn’t upfront about what’s in it. Your ingredient list should be available on your website and easy to find.
Is there a complete list of ingredients provided somewhere? I am not able to find it anywhere online and I would like to know if it will be good for me to take before I drop $50 for tea.
What are all the ingredients in each tea? I’m interested in your products but How can I consult with my dr if this tea is okay to drink if you don’t list what the ingredients are ? I have some medical problems including HBP and IBS and taking certain herbs will only make it worst.
Honestly, I just went to David’s tea, and after chatting with the great staff there they recommend two teas that will basically do the same thing. And I know what’s in my tea, and can try before I buy!
You really need to list ALL the ingredients in your teas. Consumers should not have to search on your website and then find minimal info. We shouldn’t have to email for a list of ingredients.
You mentioned that the detox tea has Senna in it. I have studied herbs and their effects on the body. Senna can cause dependency and shouldn’t be used by everyone. You have a lot of young consumers buying your product..I don’t feel you have taken enough responsibility in educating people what your product actually does as well as listing some of the warnings/contraindications etc.
Some other issues:
what about people who have severe allergies
people with Crohns Disease, Colitis, Diverticulitis, IBS, any bowel issues..
Is your product GMO, Organic, Gluten free?
I have food allergies and sensitivities to certain herbs. What are the ingredients of your tea?
