5 Health Tips to Follow During Your Teatox

To make the most of your Skinny Teatox you have to eat healthy and exercise. Doing the following will not only improve your long term health, help you to lose weight, but also improve your sense of well-being.

During your Skinny Teatox, follow these five health tips:

Tip #1: More Lean Meats

Lean meats are a great source of protein without the calories and fat of other meats. Lean meats include poultry and seafood, as well as come lean cuts of other meats. If you are eating pork and beef, be sure to ask for leaner cuts and go for less fat when preparing meals. Try broiling, grilling, or baking instead of frying. You should NOT be deep frying anything during your teatox.

Tip #2: More Whole Grains

Whole grains can be found in some breads, cereals, and grains. Try to eat brown grains and flours instead of processed grains and flours. Check the packaging on bread, rice, oats, and other grains to see if they are whole grains.

Tip #3: Add Color to Your Diet

Color is a very important component of your diet when it comes to fruit and vegetables. Both fruits and vegetables are important, but some are more important than others to add to your diet. Try to eat fruits and veggies in shades of yellows, oranges, reds, and deep greens. Eat your fruits and veggies fresh, if possible, as this means you can take full advantage of the benefits of eating these foods.

Tip #4: Try Supplements

Daily supplements, like vitamins and minerals, are a great way to get important things your body needs, even if your diet does not always provide them. Being deficient in vitamins and minerals like iron, calcium, zinc, Vitamins A, C, D, and E can lead to health issues. You might want to have a multi-vitamin every day. A blood test by your doctor can help to pinpoint what you should add to your diet on a daily basis, but you can't go wrong with a daily multi-vitamin.

Tip #5: Cutback on Processed Foods

Processed foods hide extra fat, calories, sugar, sodium, and cholesterol. Avoid already made or frozen meals and beverages, if possible. Try to eat more foods raw, and prepare them from fresh. You may want to start shopping for more fresh produce, and keeping these foods in your house for snacks.

When drinking the morning tea, do you eat breakfast first or afterwards? And just for a confirmation, it’s not bad to take other vitamins while drinking this tea?
